Our partner company, Higher Grounds MGMT, recently posted this and it sure hit home for me.

This meme speaks truth to a lot of what's currently in the way of many families, with children of all ages.

While I have seen medication work wonders for some families & children, I have seen it fail far more. Especially when the underlying issue is NOT something that requires medication.

For families looking for solutions to a challenging situation with their teen or pre-teen, I strongly recommend exhausting all options to ensure the parenting approach is effective, prior to considering medication.
